World Class Avionics
Whether equipped with basic instrumentation or the latest in Garmin touchscreen avionics, the Cavalon has an expansive instrument panel with space to incorporate a wide range of avionics as well as surveillance equipment for industry and law enforcement.

Side By Side Adventure
The Cavlon is a real masterpiece in design, bringing the social aspect of flying normally reserved for airplanes to the gyro world. With nearly 500 Cavalons produced, this cross country touring machine is enjoyed by adventurers and flight schools alike worldwide.

Power & Performance
Masterfully evolved from the highly acclaimed Rotax 912 / 914 engine series, the Rotax 915 iS engine smoothly delivers more power than any engine in its class. Automotive style ease of operation combined with aviation redundancy provides operators the best of both worlds. High density altitude airport operations are a breeze with 141hp available to 15,000’ MSL.

Type Certified
The rarely achieved Primary Category Type Certificate means more fun, less restrictions. Upon arrival in the USA, Cavalon is ready for flight. Aircraft rental, flight school training and other light aerial commercial work are now authorized, greatly expanding the usability and accessibility of Cavalon.

Factory Built
Within a sterile factory environment components are machine with precision and carefully assembled, before a series of ground and flight tests. Upon release from quality control, the new Cavalon is ready for flight right out of the box. No assembly required. Professional, factory personnel assemble each aircraft with precision by hand at AutoGyro Gmbh headquarters in Hildesheim Germany.

Day & Night Operations
While most flights take place during the day, the legal option to fly at night is a real advantage. All Cavalons are now brilliantly equipped for night flight. LED navigational, strobe, and recognition lights are all optimized to meet regulatory view angles and intensities. The incredible array of high intensity LEDs on the Hercules landing light illuminates runways from several hundred feet above the ground.
